New Year, New Goals!
The new year is unfolding, fast! Amidst the excitement of cleaning the shop and reorganizing for 2015, our team spent last Thursday in an all day marketing, promotions and goal setting meeting. It was both exhilarating and exhausting! But, I've always said, "without a plan - there is no plan of action". I've reached a stage of life where I've actually started to believe that flying by the seat of my pants may not always be the best strategy - although when all else fails, this is still a great quick fix! We had a super productive day, and have planned some exciting events for the new year including a Spring Sale and July Ice Cream Social at our studio and farm! Details will be posted on our website in the next few weeks...
Other exciting news, watch your emails and Facebook for a special promotion we will be offering on our note cards. In our highly electronic and social media world - there is still something heart-warming about getting your mail, and receiving a hand written card. Definitely one of the most awesome 'little things' in life that can make a day special! It will be a 'the more you buy, the more you save' event....details coming soon.
Lastly, I wanted to share this image of all 16 paintings that I painted last year for the new book, ONCE THERE WERE NO COWS! This is the entire collection of paintings, assembled in my painting studio - yes, it was the trickiest photo shoot I've ever done. We worked quickly, and tip-toed about - three of them did the 'slide and fall' thing, but thankfully, no damages! Thought you might enjoy seeing all of the paintings in one shot!
