Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You can pay online using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. You can also redeem electronic gift certificates online. Paper gift certificates will need to be redeemed by calling 320-864-6642.
The prices on our website are as accurate as possible. In the case that our programmatic calculation of prices displays an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refund your order.
Occasionally, on this website we offer special promotions. We reserve the right to end these promotions at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. Express orders are shipped the same day if received by 12:00 noon. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
We ship most orders within 48 hours of receiving. Most customers in the contiguous US receive their orders within 3 - 10 days depending on the delivery address.
We have a great supply of framed artwork in the shop, and will happily ship it to you, based on a few variables – such as location. Size of frame and location play a factor in shipping eligibility. We stock both framed prints and canvas giclees, and have a healthy and abundant supply of framed 8x10s. Just give us a call at 320-864-6642 to inquire on shipping eligibility. We can text or email you pictures of what we have in stock. If you like our selection – taadaa – in the box it goes to you!
If you like our selections but would prefer a lighter matting combo, or perhaps a different molding profile, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. Orders such as this, will need to be sent to our framer and will need an extra 4-6 weeks to ship.
Product prices and delivery charges may vary when shipping to another country. Recipients are responsible for paying duties and taxes.
Bonnie Mohr Studio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but "not received" are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery. Please contact your local Post Office, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
For international customers, please be advised that Bonnie Mohr Studio is not responsible for any potential customs' fees.

Satisfaction is guaranteed and if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please call 320-864-6642 within 7 days of receiving merchandise for assistance in returning an item. We will replace it or refund your credit card for purchase price. We want to ensure customer satisfaction.
Please call to report damaged merchandise or for approval on returns within 7 days of receipt. No merchandise may be returned or refunded after 30 days of receipt.
