Jersey cows hail from the Island of Jersey, located in the English Channel between England and France. They’ve been selectively bred there for over 600 years. Their milk has a natural golden tint, due to beta-carotene, making it not only nutritious but also visually distinctive. Many Jerseys naturally produce A2 beta-casein milk, which some people find easier to digest than regular cow’s milk!
