Hello March!

The winter is passing and although I am not a winter lover, it seems to be passing too quickly.  With Daylight savings time coming this weekend and talk about temperatures  in the 50's next week - I'm afraid that at least half of my winter TO DO list will have to wait until next year.  As I greet another day in my studio - I am hopeful to finish this new painting that I have been working on (for what seems like forever), this week.  Most artists would agree, and probably this is true of a lot of things in life - there are paintings and projects that come off without a hitch and there are those no matter what you do or how hard you try - things just don't seem to go right.  But, no one likes a cry baby - and so for the most part, I keep it to myself (or vent through this blog) and pray that it will turn out to be the painting I have hoped it would be.

Back to work now, before spring gets here - so I can go out and play once the birds are singing and the grass turns green!
