Your Cup I took a sip - and then another. It was perfect! The flavor was as delicious as the aroma. I sat back and relaxed, enjoying the fullness of what was in my cup. Gazing around the room, I noticed that people were drinking from a wide variety of cups. They ranged from ceramic to stoneware; from insulated to extra tall. Somewhere unusual; even extravagant. I also saw cups that were very expensive - plain and ordinary, some had a chip or a crack. Regardless of the cup, however, I noticed that everyone was fully engaged, enjoying their indulgence! AND SO IT IS WITH LIFE...The beverage in our cup represents our life, and the quality of it. We hope that it is full of love, happiness, and an abundance of blessings. The cup represents everything else that sustains our journey through life; including our house, our job and our car. The cup does not define or change the quality of what's inside. It is not the expense or beauty of a cup that really matters, but rather, the enjoyment we receive, from what it holds. AND SO IT IS WITH LIFE...Happiness doesn't hinge on having the biggest, the best, or the most; it is a decision to live each day to the fullest, enjoying what we have, regardless of our cup.
