Glenmark Genetics was visited by two special guests from Germany this past week! Dr. Josef Patt and Rolf Oorlog of Top Q-Partner are on a 10 day tour of US Dairy farms, searching for particular genetics and breeding bulls that will fit an order for their country. Guide, and part owner of GenElite, LLC, Steve Berland chauffeured them, as they make rounds to over 20 elite genetic farms in the upper midwest on this trip. Thank you for... Read More

Last week sort of slipped through my fingers with the final week of school, and some extra social activities. About all that was accomplished in the studio was the very last tweaking on two older paintings. I’m determined to hit it hard this week and turn out something new for you to see by next weeks blog. Wish me luck!! Read More

Summer has officially arrived at the Mohr’s….......the kids are out of school now, the graduation parties have begun and we’ve already had several campfires in the back yard! This is the final week of school for our children, so there will be lots of fun things going on, including a Field Day, School Dance, and Trip to Valley Fair!!! I plan to get started on a couple of new paintings that will become part of a ‘group of paintings’ that I’m doing for a miniature series. For collectors who would like an opportunity to own an original, smaller pieces are more affordable, and also allow me to get more work... Read More
