A personal note from Bonnie: Approximately 500 million goats live in the world today. And about three million of those goats live in the U.S.  Gracey is one of them….she lives just down the road from Bonnie Mohr Studio! Milking goats can give 6-8 pounds of milk a day. A mother goat can recognize her kid’s calls as soon as they’re born. Goats form a close relationship with their mothers. A mother will often call out to their young to make sure they stay close by her at all times.
