Our shopping cart estimates shipping that relates to your order and MN residents must pay 0.065% sales tax. Your card is not automatically processed. The office manager does that manually just before shipping your order. Order Over the Web This is the fastest and most convenient way to purchase products from our store. (The larger prints, Have Holsteins? and Autumn's Gold , are shipped in a tube generally via USPS.) Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. Express orders are shipped the same day if received by 12:00 noon. Regular Shipping We ship most orders within 48 hours of receiving. We ship by UPS (UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes) and USPS within the continental USA. Most customers in the contiguous US receive their orders within 3 - 7 days depending on the delivery address. Unless noted differently most prints are shipped flat via UPS. (The larger prints, Have Holsteins? and Autumn's Gold are shipped in a tube, generally via USPS.) Shipping Rates Estimated shipping and handling charges are: Lithoprints, (up to 5) - Shipped Flat: $14.00 - Shipped Rolled: $12.00 Mini Prints - 1 to 5: $8.00 - 6 to 10: $10.00 Matted 8x10: $9.00 - Matted and Framed 8x10: $15.00 - Matted Notecard: $7.00 Note and Christmas Card Packages - 1-2: $5.00, 3-4: $6.50, 5-7: $8.00, 8-9: $10.00 10-12: $11.00, 13-15: $12.00, 16-20: $13.00 Our framed artwork will be drop shipped anywhere within the 48 States. Framed artwork will ship in approximately 10 days, and will be $35.00 per unit. Express Shipping UPS third day, second day, and overnight service is available for an additional charge. In order to connect with our delivery pick up, please have your order to our office by noon (M-F). Call for current rate information. Rates are subject to change. International Rates We can ship worldwide. Product prices and delivery charges may vary when shipping to another country. Recipients are responsible for paying duties and taxes. For any shipment outside the United States, please call customer service at 320-864-6642 for shipping fees and estimated delivery times. All international orders will be shipped through the USPS. Returns Satisfaction is guaranteed and if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please call 1-800-264-6647 within 7 days of receiving merchandise for assistance in returning an item. We will replace it, refund your purchase price or credit your credit card, as you wish. We want to ensure customer satisfaction. Please call to report damaged merchandise or for approval on returns (and authorization number) within 7 days of receipt. No merchandise may be returned or refunded after 30 days of receipt.
