Moving through January!...

Hello, friends!
Hope you are all finding yourself busy and back to daily routines - as January is already flying by!  While the holidays are always filled with a sort of magical ora, I find the enjoyment of the 'normal hum' and everyday routine just as satisfying and comforting. The kids are fully engaged, and back into school, with two weeks already tucked away...unbelievable, the year is half over already!!   I have resumed painting, and John continues milking cows morning and night- seven days a week. The winter is passing, and I already notice the days getting longer by a few more minutes of sunset each evening!  January sunsets are absolutely beautiful - showcasing colors I don't see any other time of the year!
I'm currently working on a farm yard painting which will be finished in a day or two.  It will be part of a calender for 2013, and may become available in print later this year.  My list of paintings to get done in the coming months is long.   It seems as though I simply cannot paint fast enough - I suppose this means job security!
Christmas decorations around the Bonnie Mohr Studio shop are now down and packed away until next year...we are preparing for another exciting year ahead which will include a new catalog later this year - filled with new exciting art images, and our presence at the MN State Fair in August and World Dairy Expo in October.  We are also pleased to introduce a new member of the Bonnie Mohr Studio team - Tami Alsleben!  Tami's rural heritage, buisness sense, and book keeping knowledge bring solid attributes to our staff!  We are delighted to welcome her aboard!
Don't forget to check me out on Facebook! You can find me under Bonnie Mohr Studio...
